After the works are complete and the main distribution system is stable, water will be delivered to consumers at various stages beginning Thursday morning (June 6).

The duration of the disruption of water supply and recovery of water pressure in the affected area will depend on the location of consumer premises and water pressure at distribution system, it stated.

Air Selangor has said that it expects water supply to recover in the affected area by approximately 20% on Thursday at 3pm, 90% on Friday at 3am and complete recovery at noon on June 7.

The water tankers were also sent to hospitals, clinics and dialysis centers, among others.
