Two teenagers arrested for allegedly throwing vases on the Serdang Police Station’s gate

KUALA LUMPUR – Two male teens were arrested for allegedly tossing vases on the Serdang Police Station’s gate.

Serdang OCPD Assistant Comm AA AA Anbalagan stated that the suspects were both 17 years old and detained in Taman Serdang Jaya, Seri Kembangan around 4pm on Tuesday (4th June).

One of the suspects was a student and the other unemployed. “They led us to an area where we seized flower vases and rock fragments believed to have played a role in three incidents including the one that occurred at the Serdang Police Station’s gate,” said he in a Wednesday (5 June) statement.

He added that clothing worn by suspects the day of the incident had also been confiscated.

They will be sent to prison today.

He said, “We are conducting an investigation under Section 427 (Penal Code)”.

Two teenagers were reported to have thrown flower vases into the Serdang Police Station’s entrance after being reprimanded for not wearing a helmet while riding a motorbike at around 6.30am Sunday morning (June 2) by police personnel.
